The new chair of the National Infrastructure Commission has criticised the government's progress in addressing several of the UK’s major infrastructure needs.
The government has announced that Sir John Armitt is to be the new permanent chair of the National Infrastructure Commission to replace Lord Adonis, who resigned last month.
